BOOK A DATE
First we need to pick a date and time. You will want to book a session AT LEAST 4-6 weeks before you want the final product. I shoot on location and prefer the natural light of the morning or in the evening. I can shoot in the studio as well. Whether you are shooting for 1 hours or 2 hours, you will want to block off 4 hours total. Do not forget hair, makeup, changing clothing or location can take time. I offer pre-shoot consultations over the phone, via email or in-person as part of your package. I can give advice on clothing, colors and any other ideas you may have for your shoot. I understand you may be nervous so this is an opportunity to calm any fears you may have!
SESSION FEE
My session fees are up to date on my website. However, I do add on if you need:
- Professional makeup (with eyelashes) for $150.
- Hair styling for $50 – $100. Depending on hairstyle.
- Various locations
- Extra equipment
I ask for $50 deposit at the time of booking which will reserve your date and the remaining balance is due on the day of your photo shoot. You will also sign a contract upfront which outlines rescheduling. Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid your session is officially booked!
Get Creative
Now that your date is officially booked, it’s time to get creative! Shopping for outfits & can’t decide what to choose? Email me pics, I am here to help. We are a team, but this photo shoot is about you. We will work together to create the look you want but the priority is for you to stay true to your style. I usually shoot 1-2 looks per shoot but more can be added for an additional fee.
YOUR PHOTO SHOOT
Finally, your day is here. I work with a remarkable team that is just as passionate as I am about making you feel confident during your shoot. While we prep and you glam it up, we can seriously get to know each other so that you are even more comfortable during the shoot. This will give us the opportunity to go through your options and put together complete looks. I will walk you through all of the posing, from your head to your toes. You don’t need to know anything about posing, that’s my job! Generally, we will be shooting you for about 1.5 hours.
THE REVEAL MEETING
One to two weeks after your photo shoot I will have your images ready. I will send you the images digitally and you can download all of the ones I send you. However, I will professionally edit 1-2 photos of your choosing. Extra edited photos and a personalized photo book is also available for additional fees. Payment is due upon ordering.
THE END
After you receive your photos and decide which you like best, I will get to work on editing your photos. Once your products are ordered I will update you via email. Products will be emailed or mailed directly to you. Pick up can be arranged as well.
